Our Philosophy

 Excellence ⎸Terroir ⎸Sharing

Vinomerum was born from three convictions:

Wine is an integral part of our culture. This know-how is a heritage that must be preserved and passed on;

Wine is above all the expression of a terroir, a place that the winemaker reveals and magnifies without ever masking it;

Wine is about sharing, it has never been as important as today, as it is above all a vector of meetings and conviviality.

Our vision

Transmission is at the heart of what drives us at Vinomerum. That is why we meet each of the winemakers we work with.

We taste their wines, walk through their vineyards, discover their way of working and create with them a bond that we then seek to pass on to our customers.

We meticulously select each winemaker, women and men who seek to accurately reveal the identity of their soils, grape varieties and vintages.

This philosophy translates into concrete requirements: soil work and vine management that respect life, as well as work in the cellar that accompanies the material without distorting it.

This is our vision of a great wine. We primarily work with winemakers certified in organic farming or biodynamics, without making these certifications a dogma. Wine and the vine are what matter most.

How we work

The requirement we impose on ourselves in the choice of our winemakers and partners, we also wanted to apply to our services.

We thus favour tailor-made support, designed as closely as possible to the needs of our clients, whether for events, private moments or professional projects.

Our ambition is simple: to ensure that each of these moments remains synonymous with sharing and conviviality with great simplicity of organisation for our clients. To achieve this, we surround ourselves with a few carefully selected partners who share our level of requirement and our vision.

Vinomerum finally carries an ambition that is particularly close to our hearts: to give young generations a taste for wine, its culture and everything it represents.

It is around these values and this vision that Théodore brought together his two associates, Adelaïde and Achille, to build Vinomerum.
